Dr. Michael Tilghman earned his Bachelor of Science degree at James Madison University before graduating second in his dental school class at the University of Maryland. He received many academic honors and distinctions while working toward his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S).
He completed a three-year orthodontic residency at UMD, receiving a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology with a concentration in Craniofacial Growth & Development.
